Hi, my name is Vikki Heath, I have been practising as a full time hypnotherapist since 2003.
My interest started when as a fitness professional I could not stop smoking , I went to a local hypntherapist and never smoked again, I couldn’t believe it, I never thought about smoking again. I then decided to train as a hypnotherapist so that I could help 1000’s of people stop smoking through hypnosis.
Working in the health club industry as a personal trainer, and health club manager for over 15 years I also saw many client lose weight, and achieve their goals, only to put all their weight back on, and maybe more, it was nothing to to with their training it was all in their minds, binge eating or drinking was something inside themselves that they could not control.

It was in 1994 that I went on my first seminar with Rob Kelly from the IAPH (international association pure Hypnoanalysis) I then understood why since quitting smoking I had put on weight, it was because I was substituting one symptom for another. I now treat 90% of my clients with pure hypnoanalysis. It is the most holistic and permanent resolution for all anxiety based problems. My offices are based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire and offer a friendly, relaxed and complete confidential environment.
