My name is Vikki Heath and as a qualified hypnotherapist and Thrive consultant I have helped hundreds of people of all ages overcome emotional issues. I specialise in depression, anxiety and weight related issues, but have also helped people with a wide range of problems (including the more unusual ones) that you can see on the issues helped page.

I work from my wellbeing centre Rural Space, which is based 10 minutes from Shrewsbury town centre, in a rural private setting. About Hypnotherapy

I offer two main forms of Hypnotherapy at the Shrewsbury Clinic, one is Clinical Hypnotherapy (also known as “suggestion therapy” or Clinical Hypnosis) & the other is Analytical Hypnotherapy (or Pure Hypnoanalysis). Clinical Hypnosis usually only requires one or two sessions to bring about the desired effect and is ideal for relatively minor problems such as the Fear of Flying, Exam or Driving Test Nerves, Nail Biting or Anxiety about making a Business Presentation.

The Thrive Programme

Vikki Heath is also a fully qualified & licensed Thrive Consultant able to deliver the Life Changing Thrive Programme here in Shrewsbury.

The Thrive Programme is an advanced “mind re-training” system developed by best selling author Rob Kelly who has personally trained Vikki in this technique.
